Budaya R.A.K.Y.A.T (Rajin - Hard working, Amanah - Trusts, Kompeten - Competent, Yakin - Believe, Akhlak Mulia - Good character and Takwa - Piety) is an initiative of the Bank to instill good manners among employees that would reflect well to public. Budaya R.A.K.Y.A.T apps is one way of promoting the ‘R.A.K.Y.A.T’ culture to both employees and also the public. The apps consist of events/talks by famous speakers, MKBR e-Magazine and events pictures in Bank Rakyat.
